Thank you for shopping at dietter.net, the official store of Dietter Nutriscience SRL. We want you to feel comfortable and informed when purchasing Dietter, our liquid supplement created to support weight management in a natural and sustainable way.
This Return & Refund Policy explains under which conditions you can return products, request a refund, or report an issue with your order. By placing an order on dietter.net, you accept the terms described below.
2. Eligibility for returns
2.1 Condition of products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging, with all seals and labels intact. Opened bottles or products with broken seals cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged on arrival.
2.2 Time frame
Unless otherwise required by law, you must contact us and request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order. After this period, we may not be able to accept your return.

3.2 Step 2 – Return authorization
Our team will review your request and, if the return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your product. Do not ship any item back before receiving our confirmation, as this may delay or prevent processing.
3.3 Step 3 – Shipping the returned items
You are responsible for properly packing the products to avoid damage during transport. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the receipt as proof of postage.
4. Shipping costs and responsibilities
4.1 Returns due to change of mind
If you decide to return a product that is not defective or damaged (for example, change of mind or you no longer want it), you are generally responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees paid when placing your order are usually non-refundable.
4.2 Returns of damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the product and packaging. After verification, we may, at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law:

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. We may refuse a refund if the product is not returned in acceptable condition (for example, opened, used, or damaged beyond what is necessary to check its nature and characteristics), unless required otherwise by law.
5.2 Method and timing of refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed another method with you. Please note that:

Our Return & Refund Policy does not cover situations where you are dissatisfied solely because the product did not meet personal expectations about results that go beyond what we reasonably describe. 9. Damaged parcels on delivery
If your parcel appears visibly damaged upon delivery, we recommend that you:
- Take photos of the parcel before opening it.
- Check the contents carefully and photograph any damaged products.
- Contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number and photos attached.
This information helps us investigate with the carrier and provide a solution quickly.
10. Legal rights
This Policy is not intended to limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer or e-commerce laws in your country. In case of conflict between this Policy and mandatory legal provisions, the latter will prevail.
